New Additions To Seco’s Jabro-Solid2 Line

The latest additions to Seco’s Jabro-Solid2 line of easy-touse solid carbide end mills bring increased durability, speed and efficiency to a variety of cutting applications. The JS506 and JS509 chamfering tools and the JS410 and JS450 series of end mills for aluminium alloys machining operations are the newest additions to the Jabro-Solid2 line.

The 60-degree JS506 chamfer and 90-degree JS509 chamfer incorporate high quality grade carbide and design features like unequal flute spacing to eliminate chatter and provide quality performance in all cutting environments. The cutters’ Siron-A coating offers resistance to thermal wear and allows the tools to be applied at high cutting speeds and feeds for optimisation of the cutting process.

Intended for a higher level of performance, the JS450 series, which includes the JS452 and JS453, incorporates a dedicated micro geometry, 0-degree land phase and polished HEMI coating. These features help maximise the tool life and material removal rates in all conditions. The JS450’s specially shaped flute spacing optimises exit of chips, away from the critical cutting zone.

The Jabro-Solid2 line of solid carbide end mills offers full machining flexibility at an excellent price-per performance ratio for all work piece materials.
