Expanding the range of laydown threading Inserts made from IC1007 PVD coated grade for machining alloys and stainless steel.
Following the successful introduction of the IC1007 grade, ISCAR is expanding the range of laydown threading inserts made from grade IC1007.
IC1007 (P10-P30) (M05-M20) (K20-K40) (S05-S20) (H05-H15) A hard submicron grain size substrate featuring very high deformation resistance with PVD coating and special post coating treatment. This provides improved flaking and chipping resistance, a combination which offers very reliable results.
