Tungaloy Expands of new sleeve for TinyMTurn, for small internal machining
Tungaloy Corporation is pleased to announce the expansion of new sleeve for internal coolant supply on TinyMTurn, the series of solid bars for internal machining on small-sized lathes.
With its sharp and smooth cutting edge, TinyMTurn covers a wide range of applications in high-precision machining from boring with minimum diameter of 0.6 mm to facing, grooving, and threading. The series receives a favorable reputation in the market, especially in automobile, IT, and medical industries.
The new sleeve for internal coolant supply is designed for accurately directing coolant to the cutting edge from the coolant hole, which improves chip evacuation, extends tool life, and delivers stable machining. This expansion helps increase the ease of use for TinyMTurn and improves customers’ productivity.
