Trigon Demonstrated Latest Cutting Tools and Tool Measuring Technology at AMTEX
Delhi based Trigon Tooling Solutions Pvt. Ltd. that represent some of the global gaint in machine tool industry such as Kyocera, EMUGE, Speroni, Guhring, Haimer among others showcased some of the state-of-the-are cutting tool and tool presetting technology at the recently concluded AMTEX 2014 in Delhi.
The company was showcasing Tool Measuring technology from the Italian company Speroni. The new Speroni MAGIS 400 is new generation of tool presetting and measuring system that revolutionize the value of entry level tool measurement. The innovative MAGIS control delivers all of the needed measuring features and functions in a user friendly, clean and trouble-free single screen user interface.

The company was showing the demo of the machine during the show and was spreading awareness about the latest technologies during the exhibition. “We have recently tiedup with Speroni. Franckly speaking, I had small doubt about the technology earlier whether customer will accept such technology or not. But, after knowing about it more, seeing the demonstration and detailed analysis we realised that this is the technology that companies need and they are not aware of it. Its just matter of time when people will undestand this technology. In my view its very good machine to enhance the productivity
and reduce the operation time. Earlier we dint have such technology but we really understand the need of toolpresetter that’s why we promoted this technology here in AMTEX.”
Present at the exhibition Ravi Moolya, Country Manager, Speroni says, “Our main aim at AMTEX was not to sale machine at all, we wanted to spread awareness about the technology and educate machine tool professionals. We wanted to show visitors the importance of having right technology in manufacturing process and am happy to say that we could achieve our goal.”
