SAP TECHNICAL is introducing Engis Corporatioin, USA latest SINGLE-PASS BORE FINISHING MACHINE for precision finishing of small bores. The new series MPM Bore Finishing Machine is specifically designed for precision finishing of small bores, ranging in size from 1.4mm to 10mm in diameter. It features a small footprint and six individually controlled spindles to allow for custom speed control with accurate spindle torque monitoring.
An easy to use touchscreen with operator friendly programming also allows remote operation and control using a tablet device.
The MPM machine expands the line of standard Engis Single-Pass Bore Finishing machines to cover bore sizes ranging from 1.4mm to 152mm.
In addition to its standard machines, Engis offers customized machine designs including in-line transfer systems, advanced gauging, as well as multi-column and 3-Axis systems for even larger parts
