Sahajanand Laser displays engineering marvels at AMTEX 2015
A series of engineering product marvels were exhibited by the Sahajanand Laser Technology Ltd at one of the most prominent machine tool exhibition AMTEX-2015 in the financial capital of India, Mumbai. The company showcased some of its most sought-after laser technologies Brahmastra FutureX, Press Break and Laser Marking among others.
What’s on display at SLTL stall:_
Brahmastra FutureX: It’s a fully loaded hi-end Fiber Laser cutting system developed by SLTL in 2012. With the most advanced linear drive mechanism, the machine could reach a simultaneous positioning speed up to 220 m/min. the machine is engineered to cater consistent performance upon continuous usage. This well-built 3 kW Fiber laser machine could cut MS up to 20 mm. With plenty of features incorporated into it, it’s a complete system suiting best for sophisticated work stations.
Laser Marking: Laser marking has always been a key application at SL
TL. The quality of marking achieved through SLTL’s Akshar series is precise and clear enough to meet international quality standards. The back bone of it lies in the completely in-house developed marking software – EyeMark. SLTL has launched this entirely new software integrated with the industrial Fiber laser marking system Akshar Fiber Pro 410. EyeMark is capable of marking any complex profile namely: Alpha-numeric, 2D Matrix and different Barcodes meeting international quality standards. It also supports major global fonts.
Press Break: Upon successful leadership in Laser material processing systems, SLTL has extended its product line 
by including high-end Press Break systems. The Press Break system was launched under the family name OptiBend with various subcategories. The hydraulic servo Press Break system – OptiBend had a fabulous response in the show. The inclusion of Press Break system in the product line had proved to be a mile stone for SLTL.
