LOSMA’s coolant filtration range comprises of nine product lines, DETEX, EXTRA, MASTER, DECOM, MAGNETO, ROTOMAG, SPRING, X26, and SUPERFILTER Series which can all be fitted with different stages and different filtration technologies: non-woven fabric, self-cleaning drum, high liquid head, and self-cleaning cartridges. Furthermore, LOSMA’s products are modular type and can be supplemented with refrigerators, oxygenators, shaving collectors, and mud compactor. MASTER Series: A series of compact, highly efficient and flexible line of head filters with TNT tissue. The three main products’ features are: Master – For flow-rates from 200 to 1000 l/min of neat oil and from 400 to 2000 l/min of emulsions; Medio Master – For flow-rates 200 to 400 l/min of neat oil and 400 to 1200 l/min of emulsions; and Mini Master – For flow-rates ranging from 60 to 150 l/min of neat oil and 100 to 300 l/min of emulsions.
X26: A self-cleaning, automatic cartridge filtration system, suitable for applications that require fine and ultra-fine filtration of low viscosity processing liquids. Metallic filtrating cartridges can be utilized to obtain the highest filtration degree, for machining operations that demand perfect control of the coolant contamination conditions.
