Losma will showcase its solutions dedicated to safeguarding workshop environment at the ACMEE 2014 exhibition, taking place in Chennai from 19th – 23rd June 2014.
Operating for 40 years in air and coolant filtration market used in mechanical workings, Losma offers to machine tool manufacturers and end user a wide range of solutions and technologies, able to meet all market needs. From the know-how, Losma has reached during its long market experience, comes the company’s wide range of filtration systems, composed by two families:
Air Filters for oil mists: centrifugal, static or electrostatic filtration systems, able to catch gas particles with the dimensions of a drop up to micro-mists and smokes with a filtration efficiency of 99,95%. Air flows may vary from a few cube metres per single machine installations to thousands of cube metres for centralized systems.
Coolant filters for coolant and liquids: TNT, drum, gravity or high head liquid systems able to remove metallic and non-metallic particles, up to 1 micron. Capacities varies from a few litres per minute for single machine installation to hundreds of litres per minute for centralized systems.
Among Losma’s products for air filtration, GALILEO, a centrifugal aspirator for mist, vapour and smokes in workshops, characterized by high efficiency at the lowest electric consumption and fast and easy maintenance process, will be on display. Galileo combines the benefits of a new compact design with the dynamic and static filtration – this working process permits to convert to liquid state, the oil contained in the air, securing the maximum efficiency and allowing to send back oil into the machine tool for re-use, avoiding wastage. For coolant filtration there is MINI-MASTER, a high liquid head filters with TNT tissue treating flow rates ranging from 60 to 400 l/min of neat oil or emulsion, containing both metallic and non-metallic particles. Main features of this series are the compact form factor and the high filtration efficiency, whose degree can be varied by changing the type of filter fabric used; the filtration process is completely automatic.
