Jyoti CNC to showcase revolutionary CNC technologies at Die Mould India
Jyoti CNC is all set to prove its mettle yet again. The Rajkot-based leading CNC manufacturers will demonstrate their latest CNC technologies at the upcoming Die Mould India 2014. The company is gearing up to showcase live action of CNC machines such as DX-250 turning machine, Vertical Machining Centers like VMC-1260 DM, VMC-850 DM, 3-axis machining centre K2X8i and MU Tech 6 for versatile milling operations. The exhibition is scheduled from April 17-20, 2014.
Jyoti CNC to display the below mentioned machines at DMI:-
DX-250: Jyoti CNC introduces a DX-Series providing flexibility to produce a complete component in one single set-up & distinct competitive edge. DX-Series consists of 8-Station Tool Turret which will be able to perform drilling, boring & turning saving set-up time improving the consistency of the machine to machine components with repeated accuracy. The rigid single piece 45? slant bed made of high grade cast iron for rigidity with heavily ribbed structure with standards in terms of power & torque, enabling heavier cuts & faster production, with virtually no vibration increasing tool life giving cost effective solutions.
VMC-850 DM: To meet the demand for greater accuracy & total reliability at higher speeds, Jyoti CNC has developed Performance Series Vertical Machining Centers. The high dynamic structure supports rapid axis take-off with high accelerations. Broad rigid base with heavy cross ribbings with twin layer heavy column structure dampens effect of vibrations & balances the whole machine while taking heavy cutting load with higher machining parameters. The machine has 2-LM guide ways to support broad table movement with high load carrying capacity.
VMC-1260 DM: The VMC-1260 from Jyoti CNC features high dynamic structure that supports rapid axis take-off with high accelerations. Broad rigid base with heavy cross ribbings with twin layer heavy column structure dampens effect of vibrations & balances the whole machine while taking heavy cutting load with higher machining parameters. In heavy duty machine like VMC-1260, the machine has 4-LM guide ways with 6-LM blocks on Y-Axis to support broad table movement with high load carrying capacity & thus justifying the rigidity of the machine.
K2X8i: These portal type high performance machining centres enables machining operation in 3-Axis from roughing to finishing with a broad job envelope. High performance structure which maximises structural rigidity & allows optimum harmonic stability & maximum damping during demanding cutting conditions. Powerful spindle with high torque allows high mental removal rate & spindle vibration monitoring allowing high level of harmonic stability.
MU Tech 6: This series of machine offers a one-stop solution of versatile milling operations with geometrical accuracies with high speed & power. Thus with this versatile machining features, large & complex 5-Axis components can be machined in shortest cycle time with highest accuracies & minimum set-ups. This compact Universal Machining Centre comes with standard- equipped 5-Axis, high speed electro-spindle, combination of which offers higher universal productive with excellent dynamics in all 5-Axis. All structures are made of heavily ribbed cast iron ensuring high level of machining stability & excellent damping capacity offering a rapid of 30 m/min.
