The Nanofinish, Deburring and Robotic Automation solution provider will demonstrate its latest technologies and is gearing up to showcase live demonstrations of its machines like Centerless Throughfeed Superfinisher CST600,World’s First Universal NANOFINISH Model SMP500X and Robotic Fettling & Machining Centre at Hall 2A, Stall A110. The exhibition is scheduled from January 26 to February First, 2017 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru.

Centerless Throughfeed Superfinisher CST600 is a new product launched by Grind Master at Imtex Bangalore 2017. Engineered for high quality finishing of Pin Type parts (cylindrical), the CST600 concept can be extended to including various rollers for bearing industry including cylindrical and taper rollers. The CST600 uses reliable tape finishing technology which is much more reliable and maintenance free compared to conventional stone technology. Consequently there are several savings in terms of energy and reductions in rejection.
NANOFINISH Superfinishing machines are recognized as reliable solutions for finishing of Automotive Transmission Shafts, Steering Parts and Pump Parts, Turbo Charger Shafts.
