DMG MORI inaugurates technology sentre in Seoul, Korea
With the new opening of the DMG MORI KOREA Seoul Technology Center on 9 November 2016, the machine tool manufacturer underpins its innovative leadership in Korea. Over a total floor area of more than 4,500 m², up to 60 designers and engineers will design mainly application solutions for the Aerospace sector, a growing industrial branch in Korea as well. The range of products and services of the DMG MORI Korean Technology Center also includes test runs for customers and seminars, which DMG MORI organises jointly with its partners for Korean users. During an open house up to 12 November, DMG MORI will present the latest developments in production technologies like 5-axis milling and turning-milling machining across an exhibition space of more than 1,200 m². Another core topic are the exclusive DMG MORI technology cycles. These provide a visualised, interactive, and user-friendly HMI with new applications that make dialogue programming up to 6ß percent faster. Machine highlights during the house exhibition in Anyang-si in Korea are the DMU 100 P duoBLOCK®, the DMU 65 monoBLOCK®, the NVX 5080|40, the CMX 600 V, and the NTX 1000 2nd Generation.
