The French oil and lubricant specialist is showcasing its range of titanium machining solutions at ongoing IMTEX 2017. The company showcasing products like Stabilis 9230, Safkool 6420, Biocool 3740 and Biocool 3210 among other cutting fluid solutions. The exhibition is scheduled from January 26th to February 1st at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC).

Stabilis 9230
The Stabilis 9230 Is a high performance multipurpose fine emulsion kind soluble concentrate including a high quantity of base oil and high performance complex ester. It has been especially designed for severe machining operations and demanding markets such as the aeronautical one.

This product is answering the more demanding HSE legislation. It is free of: bactericide, isothiasolinone, DEA, chlorine, nitrite, sulfur, phosphorus additive, formaldehyde and formaldehyde releaser.

This product is answering the more demanding HSE legislation. It is free of: safety labelling, DEA, chlorine, nitrite, sulfured additives, phosphorus additives, formaldehyde and formaldehyde releaser

The Safkool 6420 will bring the following benefits:

  • Increase of the in-use product shelf life due to its high bio-stability and stability even in very hard water
  • Limitation of product losses through chips of machined parts
